To make sure we handle your needs as smoothly as possible, please read carefully below before returning the merchandise.

  • Exchanges/returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date Stylishme items sell quickly, so contact us as soon as possible to make exchanges.
  • You're responsible for selecting your preferred shipping carrier and method. We recommend using one that can be insured and tracked.
  • All clearance items purchased on Stylishme.com are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing exchanges/returns.
  • Merchandise cannot be returned if washed or worn and must be in original packaging with tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept exchanges or returns of earrings, cosmetics, lingerie sets, panties, tights or similar intimate items. These items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund.
  • Bras and bralettes may be returned or exchanged with tags attached and no visible signs of wear.
  • Stylishme is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • You will not be reimbursed for your return postage
  • You will not receive a refund for your original charge until we receive your returned item.
  • Gift Card Returns: No cancellations or refunds on the purchase of a gift card (final sale).
